About our Will Writing Service...
Westcountry Estate Planning understand that everybody has unique circumstances. For this reason, we have created a service that works for everybody.
Free home visit service: This suits those who wish to sit down with somebody face to face and have a comprehensive discussion about their estate and Will requirements. One of our Paralegals will come and visit you at the comfort of your own home, and most importantly at a time to suit you. This can be anytime between 8am-8pm. As you will be seeing a qualified Paralegal, you can be confident that all of your questions will be answered thoroughly, regardless of how basic or comprehensive they may be.
Telephone consultation service: This will also be with a qualified Paralegal, and can be anytime between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. We will take you through a brief application process which consists of us asking you a series of questions which will enable us to draft your Will. If at any point during the telephone consultation you feel that a free home visit would better suit you, please let us know and we can arrange this for free of charge.
We never charge for our free home visits.
