Do you need help in gaining a Grant of Probate?
If you are an executor of a Will, and the deceased's estate is worth more than £10,000 or owns a home you are required to put the estate through Probate in order to administer the estate.
We can help you with this.
If you are the family of the deceased and you are unable to locate a Will, Probate will also be required. We can also take care of this, including searching for a potential Will with absolutely nothing to pay until the Probate has been granted.

What we will do...

Gathering a background of the deceased and the estate. We will be able to provide you with a good indication of time frames and costs.
✔ Gathering of documentation
We will visit to gather all of the necessary identification and documentation as well as the original Will (if one exists).
✔ Probate Process
We will execute the Probate. This will include closing down accounts, paying any outstanding bills and liaising with all relevant companies including HMRC, Land Registry, local councils. We will also confirm if any money was owed to the debt (debts and liabilities)
